Discovery Session
Contact us to setup a 60-90 minute in home consultation, we will discuss your challenges and the issues you are experiencing. We’ll do a review of your property and collectively brainstorm the solutions and strategies to improve your living space. The reason behind this meeting is to work out a concept and budget to see if we would be the right fit for your renovation.
design
Pre-construction & Exploration Phase
Once we have reached a design & rough budget, we can enter into a Design Agreement. At this stage we begin to use our resources to tighten up the scope of work and establish a final working budget. Once a rough budget is established, we will provide an in-depth exploration of different design options that suit your budget. We will help you determine what is possible with your property, how much your project will cost and how long the project will take. If you have already procured designs, we are able to provide you with a cost plan so we can work toward a final scope of work and budget approval.
Construction

Once the permits are issued the fun begins! Our team of highly skilled professionals and tradespeople work on bringing the design to life. Branddrade thrives in the industry by using state-of-the-art project management software, BuilderTrend. This simple to use project management software makes the impossible possible. With so much to track, we put you in the driver seat and give you the opportunity to take control of your project. Follow along with the daily logs, budgets, schedule and selections; it’s all there on your tablet or smartphone.
